Refund Period

Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

To initiate a refund request:

  2. Provide your full name, order number, and purchase date.
  3. Clearly state the reason for your refund request.
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for review and response.

Requirements

Refund eligibility requires proof of purchase from melavel.live. In certain cases, customers may be asked to confirm non-use or limited use of the product or service. Repeated refund requests may be reviewed for potential policy abuse.

Exceptions

The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to promotional discounts labeled as final sale, custom services already delivered in full, or accounts terminated for violation of MELAVEL’s Terms of Service. Processing fees charged by financial institutions may be non-refundable.
